Shipping policy

Our merchandise is made-to-order just for you and orders take time to produce, finish and make ready for despatch. This reduces storage requirements and wastage so is better for the environment all round.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days of receipt but some specialist items may take a little longer.

Please Note: A ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.
